How to Get Promoted in the Lagos Life Nursing Job
Performance starts at 50 and you are promoted when it reaches 100 at the end of a shift, as long as your Fitness skill is high enough for the next rank. After each promotion it drops back to 45. A good mood and the "work hard" style speed it up; skill trained outside work counts too.
| Rank reached | Shifts at a normal pace | Shifts working hard |
|---|---|---|
| Staff Nurse | 2 | 1 |
| Senior Nurse | 4 | 2 |
| Matron | 6 | 3 |
| Chief Nursing Officer | 8 | 5 |
A promotion gives the Promoted! mood boost (+30 for 24 hours) and blessings. The shift that earns it is still paid at the old rank.
