Rent is due every Saturday from 9 AM. Moving costs three weeks of the new rent: two weeks in advance plus one for the agent, and the first two weeks are covered. Your furniture moves with you; anything that does not fit goes to storage and can be placed again for free.
Rent Day and the Quit Notice
If you owe more than two weeks of rent, the landlord serves a Quit Notice: you move to Mushin, the debt is cleared, and furniture that does not fit the small room is lost. You can try to beg the landlord for time; it works more often with Charisma, and failing is embarrassing. Nepo Babies have Daddy pay the rent unless they owe him money.
